Haorui
The PET bottle label remover machine is designed to efficiently separate paper and plastic labels from waste PET bottles before washing, sorting, and pelletizing.By removing loose and attached labels at an early stage of the recycling process, the pet bottle label remover helps improve the purity of PET flakes, reduce contamination, and enhance the overall performance of downstream recycling equipment.
Built for plastic recycling plants, the 800 type is suitable for use in PET bottle washing recycling lines handling post-consumer bottles, baled bottles.
During PET bottle recycling, labels, label fragments, adhesive residue, caps, and other lightweight contaminants can negatively affect washing efficiency and flake quality. The 800 Type label remover uses mechanical friction and controlled agitation to loosen labels from the surface of PET bottles. The separated labels are then discharged through a dedicated outlet, while the bottles continue to the next stage of the recycling line.
The automatic label removal system can be installed before or after bottle crushing, depending on the specific recycling process and plant configuration. It is commonly integrated with conveyor systems, bottle opening equipment, plastic crusher machines, air separators,hot-washing systems, friction washers, and PET flake drying units.
Efficient Label Separation
The label remover machine is engineered to remove a high percentage of loose labels and label material from PET bottles.Effective label separation helps reduce non-PET contamination and supports the production of cleaner recycled PET flakes.
Designed for PET Recycling
The industrial label remover is specifically intended for plastic recycling applications and is compatible with common post-consumer PET bottles, including beverage bottles, water bottles, and other transparent or colored PET containers.
800 Type Configuration
The 800 type designation identifies the bottle label removing equipment model and working configuration. It is suitable for integration into medium-and large-scale PET bottle washing lines, subject to the complete system design, material condition, and operating parameters.
Continuous Operation
The PET bottle label removing machine is designed for continuous material feeding, allowing it to operate as part of an automated PET bottle recycling line.Continuous operation helps minimize manual handling and supports stable production.
Reduced Manual Labor
By mechanically separating labels from bottles, the plastic bottle label remover reduces the need for manual label removal. This can improve workplace efficiency and help plastic recycling plants maintain more consistent processing results.
Improved Flake Quality
Removing labels before or during the early stages of recycling reduces the amount of non-PET material entering the washing and flake-production process. This contributes to improved PET flake purity and more consistent downstream processing.
Heavy-Duty Construction
The plastic label remover is constructed for demanding recycling environments and continuous industrial use.Its working components are designed to withstand contact with lightweight packaging waste and PET bottle materials.
Easy Integration
The 800 type can be incorporated into a complete PET bottle cleaning system.Typical upstream and downstream equipment may include:
- Belt conveyors
- Bale breakers
- Bottle pre-sorting units
- PET bottle crushers
- Air separators
- Friction washers
- Hot-washing systems
- Dewatering machines
- Thermal dryers
- PET flake sorting equipment
Convenient Maintenance
The plastic label stripper is designed with accessible operating and maintenance areas to support inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and replacement of wear parts.Routine maintenance helps maintain stable performance and extend service life.
Using the 800 type label stripper can provide several operational benefits:
- Helps reduce label contamination in PET recycling lines
- Supports higher-quality PET flakes
- Improves washing efficiency
- Reduces the load on downstream separation equipment
- Decreases manual sorting requirements
- Supports continuous automated production
- Helps improve overall line productivity
- Suitable for integration with complete PET bottle recycling systems
- Contributes to more efficient use of recycled plastic resources
The automatic label removal system is suitable for use in:
- PET bottle recycling plants
- Plastic washing lines
- Post-consumer plastic recycling facilities
- Municipal recycling operations
- Waste plastic processing centers
- PET flake production lines
- Recycling plants processing beverage bottles and packaging waste
For best results, incoming PET bottles should be pre-sorted to remove excessive metal, stones, glass, and other heavy foreign materials.Bottles may be processed in baled,whole-bottle depending on the selected plant layout and equipment configuration.
Actual pet label remover machine performance may vary according to:
- Bottle shape and size
- Label material and adhesive type
- Moisture content
- Material feeding consistency
- Percentage of labels in the input material
- Degree of pre-sorting
- Equipment operating settings
- Overall recycling line design
The 800 type durable label remover offers a practical solution for recycling companies seeking to improve PET bottle preparation and reduce label contamination. Its continuous operating design, integration flexibility, and focus on mechanical label separation make it a valuable component in modern plastic recycling plants.
By removing labels before intensive washing and flake processing, the PET bottle label remover machine helps create a cleaner material stream, improves process stability, and supports the efficient recovery of recyclable PET.
