PP PE film woven bag washer is responsible for the recycling of PE film such as agricultural PE/PP films sticking lots of soil and dirty.This pp pe film washing line consists of a series of machine and equipment including conveyor belt,plastic crusher machine,2 sets screw,floating tank,friction washer,floating tank,screw loader,dewatering machine,storage silo.The main process components of the washing line include crushing,washing and ontwatering.

Crushing:
De Plastic crusher -machine kan de plastic film in vlokken verpletteren.
Wassen:
De wrijvingsring kan de vlokken snel en efficiënt kneden, schoonmaken en scheiden. Dan kan de drijvende tank de vlokken afspoelen.
Ontwatering:
De dewatermachine kan de vlokken drogen door middel van centrifugaal vellen, automatisch voeding en automatisch ontladen
