This food grade B2B pet bottle washing line is designed with a processing capacity of 500kg/h and is suitable for handling recycled PET bottles from the Nigerian market.The production process involves multiple core steps,achieving an efficient and low-energy consumption recycling process through a combination of advanced equipment.Firstly,the PET bottles undergo preliminary pre-treatment through a bag opener and a drum screen to remove impurities and foreign objects.Subsequently,a whole bottle color sorter combined with a bouncing screen further screens out bottles of different colors to ensure the purity of the raw materials.The label remover and whole food safe plastic recycling equipment efficiently remove labels and surface dirt,laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.
Crushing and cleaning are the core processes.After sorting,PET bottles are crushed into uniform flakes by two high-efficiency crushers and then enter a series of cleaning equipment,including high-speed friction washers,rinsing tanks and heating cylinders,to gradually remove contaminants such as adhesives,oil stains and other residues.Meanwhile,three label removers further enhance the cleanliness of the flakes to ensure the quality of the final product.To meet food-grade standards,the food grade washing line is also equipped with advanced eddy current separators,color sorters and material separation devices,which are used to precisely separate metals,foreign objects and substandard flakes.In addition,the bottle flakes are homogenized through aging machines to enhance the quality and performance of the final bottle flakes.Finally,the PET bottle flakes that have passed strict inspections are collected and packaged,directly meeting the requirements of the food packaging industry.
