Ethiopia is a resource-poor country facing severe waste plastic pollution and food shortages.To address these issues,a local client decided to purchase and use a recycled polyethylene and polypropylene film granulation production line to manufacture recycled plastic pellets for producing plastic products.
Content of Application Case
First,the customer purchased 1 set pp pe film woven bag washer and 1 set pp pe granules machine.This recycled polyethylene and polypropylene film granulation production line features high efficiency and automation,capable of performing a series of processes including crushing(using plastic crusher machine),washing,melting,and pelletizing waste plastics.With the production capacity ranging from 200-500kg/h,the line fully meets the customer's production requirements.
During the process,customers first sort and clean the waste plastic,then feed it into the plastic pellets production line for shredding and melting.Finally,the waste plastic is converted into recycled plastic pellets by a plastic recycling granulator machine.These recycled plastic pellets can be used to manufacture various plastic products such as plastic bags and plastic bottles,replacing some virgin plastic and thereby reducing resource waste and environmental pollution.
