Food grade b2b PET bottle washing line is specially designed for transforming waste plastic PET bottles such as Cola bottles, Pepsi cola bottles, Mineral water bottle, Beverage bottles etc that cause environmental pollution into recycled PET plastic. It has the functions of PET bottle crushing, impurity cleaning and bottle flake drying.
The humidity content in the final PET flakes processed by our PET bottle washing recycling line will be less than 1%.These dry and clean PET flakes have stable quality and various grades of application of which top grade PET bottle flakes can be used in producing PET bottles again.Above final PET flakes could also be sent to our PET granulating machine to make granules directly. We could supply various models of the washing line ranging from 500kg/h to 3000kg/h.We can also supply a series of customized PET bottle recycling solutions,according to the different standards of PET bottle production, the degree of contamination of the bottle and the production requirements of customers.
