Pp pe bottle washing line is responsible for processing the pp pe bottle, film and so on into the pp pe flakes that can be used in manufacturing new pp pe plastic bottles.This washing line consists of a series of machine and equipment including plastic crusher machine,friction washing loader,floating washing tank,horizontal dewatering machine,hot air drying system.The screws of the line are optional according to the models of the line that align with the capacities of it.The blades inside the plastic crusher machine is made from SKD-11 that make the blade is more harder,high strength and wear resistent.As one of the China plastic bottle recycling machine manufacturers that is near the Xiong'an New Area,we can produce 30 Lines annually,meeting the users’ requirements.
