PET sheet & bottle washing lineis designed to feature dual-purpose that is widely used in transforming the waste plastic PET material such as water bottles, pet sheet, pet containers, etc into recycled PET sheet,which is up to high level for application.This washing line consists of a series of machine and equipment including belt conveyor,label separator, sorting belt,belt conveyor,s-series plastic crusher machine,screw loader,1st floating washer tank,screw loader, 2nd high speed friction washer dewatering machine,2nd floating washer tank,screw loader,3rd floating washer tank,screw loader,dewatering machine,hot air drying system,zig-zag air classifier,storage hopper,control cabinet.The final product is clean and dry flakes that go through the main process components including crushing, washing, drying.These machine and equipment is cennected with each other so that above line can be operated automatically,promoting the productivity,saving a lot of labor,reducing the downtime.
