PET bottle washing line consists of a series of machine and equipment.The equipment list is as follows:bale opener,belt conveyo,trommel,label remover/de-labeling machine,manual sorting platform,PET bottle crusher,PET bottle washing tank,hot washer,centrifugal dryer,drying pipe & label separator,color/material sorter,collection silo.


The plastic sheet recycling equipment can reduce moisture in PET sheets to below 2% at around 40 degrees Celsius,utilizing high-speed air in drying tubes.A drying pipe & label separator then removes impurities and labels from the PET flakes,using high-speed airflow,yielding purer PET flakes.
