Application of PET Granulator Line
A PET plastic recycling granulator machine is primarily used in recycling waste PET bottles,films and other materials into producing recycled PET particles through a series of multiple stages process components such as melting and granulating by extruders(included main extruder and auxiliary extruder )suitable for plastic recycling industry.
Equipments of PET Granulator Line
The PET granulator line consists of a series of interconnected machine and equipment,including twin-screw extruder,granulation system,and temperature control system.The functions and usages of these machine and equipment lists as follows:
Twin-screw extruder is responsible for melting PET raw materials,reducing viscosity degradation and reducing material discoloration.
Granulation system uses automatic underwater granulator,enabling stable production with low broken rate and labor saving.
Temperature control system adopts the PLC control method,ensuring the temperature accuracy of 1℃ while ensuring the product quality.
Capacity of PET Granulator Line
The capacities of this PET granulating machine range from 500kg/h to 2000kg/h.We can also customize the parameters for granulating machine based on raw material characteristics (such as water content and impurity content) and capacity requirements.
Taking post consumer mineral water bottles as an example,they can directly enter the granulation process,after cleaning process.

Single screw design without exhaust not only reduces the loss of IV value,but also reduces the yellowing problem of materials.
Double cutter pre-drying system can reduce moisture content and improve granulation efficiency.
