A PET sheet & bottle washing line is a multi-stage washing line for PET bottle and sheet plastic recycling.It is designed to clean and recycle post consumer PET bottles and sheets into reusable flakes. This line consists of a series of machine and equipment including conveyor belt,plastic bottle label remover,sorting platform,conveyor belt,plastic crusher machine,screw loader,floating tank,screw,hot washing tank,screw,floating tank,screw,dewatering machine,storage silo.These machine and equipment are connected each other,making it run automatically,aiming at removing contaminants like labels, caps, and dirt, ultimately producing clean PET flakes for further processing into new products using the plastic recycling granulator machine.
