The plastic recycling granulator machine can granulate the recycled material of rigind HDPE,PET,PC and other material with different designs of screw.This granulator machine can be operated contineously in the course of production.Adopting pneumatic conversion and strong wind blowing,with water cooling,dewatering machine,our machine can adjust stainless steel storage container and run at high speed for along time while it extrude the pellets stably.

PET granulator line adds the high-efficient force-feeder,ensuring high capacity feeding,while keep low energy consumption.Above granulator line adds single screw extruder that is equipped with specially designed screw & barrel, venting system,keeping a very high output of capacity.This line adds water-ring cutting with extrusion mould,keeping even cutting to ensure good shape.Utilizing the auxiliary machine including pellets cooling & classifying that is equipped with the line,these pellets can be cooled and classified.
