The PET sheet extrusion line includes two kind of PET bottle washing line:one is extrusion line  from bottle to bottle,another is extrusion line from bottle to sheet.The extrusion line from bottle to sheet refers to PET sheet extrusion line,while the extrusion line from bottle to bottle is food grade B2B PET bottle washing line.The PET sheet & bottle washing line is responsible for making industrial and post consumer waste pet bottles into the rPET flakes.In order to output clean flakes,above PET bottles have to go through a series of procedures.The process compnents of this extrusion line including pre-wash,flakes washing,Drying,Friction etc.
