Bale Opener/Breaker: Its function is to uncompress and separate the baled PET bottles,enabling smooth material flow.
Trommel Screen/Metal Detector: A trommel screen is a rotating screen for separating large contaminants.A metal detector is capable of identifying and removing ferrous impurities before crushing.
Label Remover Machine: It is a specialized machine using flat blades and sharp blades to remove labels from the bottles.
Sorting Platform: Optical sorting system is specialized in separating non-PET materials,different colors,or other foreign contaminants.
Plastic Crusher Machine: The bottles are crushed into smaller flakes (typically 12-16mm particle size) to facilitate more effective washing and drying.

Floating/Rinsing Tanks:It can separate PET flakes from floating contaminants like PP/PE caps and labels, followed by rinsing,utilizing water density differences.
Dewatering and Drying System: These machines can significantly reduce the moisture content of the flakes.
Air Classifier/Color Sorter: A zig-zag air classifier is used to remove fine dust and light materials,and an optical color sorter can ensure consistent flake color and purity.
Packing System:Its function is to pack automatically the final,clean rPET flakes into large bags or containers.
